1. Just copy the registration certificates from other registries & fax them to 413/451-1658. 
For transfers or puppy applications, please copy the back also & fax it for dual registration. 
2. OR Mail the copies to Universal   PO Box 574, Nanuet, NY 10954.

You can always register litters at the same time, just fill out a litter & send it with your dual registrations & we'll fill the universal #'s in on the litter application once we assign them !!!
Please note 1 to 4 dual registrations cost $15 each.
