| Returned Check | $25 | If any check is returned by our bank as unpaid or for any reason. |
| Information on an Application Mistakes/Changes (After Mailed) | Call 845/735-0055 | If a breeder contacts Universal or Universal contacts them, about any error on any application. |

| Mating Dog/Cat Service Reg. | $30 | If an owner wishes to enter their pet into our mating services which assist our members to find a mate for their pet. |
| To Put The Dog/Cat Photo on an old Certificate Reg. | $10 for a new certificate | The cost of a certificate of registration for a dog or cat which does not have a photo of the pet on the certificate. |
| Photo on a first time Dog/Cat Certificate Reg. | Add $10 to registration certificate | The cost of a certificate of registration for a dog or cat which does have a photo of the pet on the certificate. |
| Plastic Holder for Certificate | Add $3 | The cost to buy a plastic holder to preserve your registration certificate. |
| Dog/Cat Age Registration Fee (Over 1 year) | late fee $20 | There is an age fee for cats that are registered that are over 1 year old. |

| Health Certification | N/C-Free | If you take your pet to a Veterinarian and he fills out Universal's Health Certification Form, then Universal will place the various Health Certifications from your Veterinarian on your Certificate of Registration to show the quality health of your breeding stock dog or pet. |
| Toy Rat Terrier Certification | N/C -Free | Universal is the only registry that verifies its TOY Rat Terriers (1 year old & older) with a Veterinarian check and placing this verification on your certificate of registration. |
| Breeder Web Ad | See Fees | Currently Universal advertises its breeders for free that register their litters with Universal on our free breeder ad pages. |
| Front Web Page Ad (Per Page) | $50 Mo. | Any advertiser that does not compete with Universal and wishes to advertise on Universal's web site Home page. |
| Free Breeder Web Ad (Per Page) | N/C-Free | Any advertiser in the pet industry that does not compete with Universal that wishes to advertise on Universal's Breeder related pages on our web site. |

| A Recognized & Affiliated Organization Application | $20 | An approved Affiliated Organization of Universal that has made application to Universal for this position to work with Universal in matters effecting Universal and its members. |
| Recognized Club/Organization Application | $20 | A local, state or regional club or organization that is approved to represent a specific breed or several breeds by Universal. |
| Sanctioned Show Application | $20 | A approved local, state or regional club or organization that Universal has sanctioned to put on a breed show under Universal's rules & standards. |
| Rare Breed Application | $20 | Any rare breed that is not recognized by Universal that wishes to make application for Universal to consider recognition by Universal as a recognized standard breed. |
